• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

• Not share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties

4. Payment Terms

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods, except where required by law. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us within 30 days of the charge.

You retain all rights to the content you create and schedule using RdyPost. By using our service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to display and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service. RdyPost and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RdyPost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.
